An employment law
course will be delivered by:
Ed Millie - LSE
graduate, FCIPD, previously Director of Personnel with KPMG. Much of
his consultancy work is in the areas of law, HR policies and equal pay. He
is advisor to a number of businesses, and has successfully represented
both employers and ex employees through the tribunal process. He is
author of the Employment Law for Managers course originally published by
Trainer Resources Ltd.
Viki Ford -
graduate of University of
Birmingham, LLM (employment law), past chair of the CBI Equal
Opportunities Specialist Advisory Forum, FCIPD. Elected RSA Fellow
in recognition of work in equality and diversity. Viki is also
Managing Partner of our associated business Kingshill Management
Consultants, with whom we usually jointly deliver these programmes.
Via Kingshill Viki and Ed have provided very highly rated bespoke courses to
amongst others GlaxoSmithKline management.
The team also includes Su
Jenkins (Associate Director of the Group).

Su worked as a city
solicitor specialising in employment and discrimination law before
becoming head of employment law for Sainsbury's, a role she had for 10
years. Su is now a part-time Employment Judge and is also a CEDR and
community trained mediator.

She was Chair of The
CBI's Diversity Forum from 2001- 2004, a member of the Disability Rights
Task Force 1997-1999 and a member of the ACAS Council from 2001-2008.

Su works with Kingshill
in delivery of employment law training, and provides guidance at Group
level on matters concerning employment and discrimination law.
