An employment law course will be delivered by:

Ed Millie - LSE graduate, MCIPD, previously Director of Personnel with KPMG. Much of his consultancy work is in the areas of law, HR policies and equal pay. He is advisor to a number of businesses, and has successfully represented both employers and ex employees through the tribunal process. He is author of the Employment Law for Managers course originally published by Trainer Resources Ltd.

Viki Ford - graduate of University of Birmingham, LLM (employment law), past chair of the CBI Equal Opportunities Specialist Advisory Forum, MCIPD. Elected RSA Fellow in recognition of work in equality and diversity. Viki is also Managing Partner of our associated business Kingshill Management Consultants, with whom we usually jointly deliver these programmes. Via Kingshill Viki and Ed provide very highly rated bespoke courses to amongst others GlaxoSmithKline management.

As appropriate we are assisted by colleagues with appropriate in-depth technical experience. Programmes are usually delivered by 2 trainers, not an individual, and this provides for optimum variety, coaching and exchange of information.
