Psychometric Assessment
We use psychometric
tools - personality and ability questionnaires or tests - in support of
many HR initiatives and processes, notably in:
- Selection support
- Career planning and
outplacement
- Assessment centre
design
Our main instruments are
Saville and Holdsworth materials, but there are consultants in the team
who are skilled and experienced with other instruments, including MBTI,
FIRO, 16PF.
We are accredited users
of Saville & Holdsworth tests and questionnaires (see
www.shlgroup.com) including facility
to arrange both ability tests and personality questionnaires on-line.
