Employment law training

We offer a range of training courses in collaboration with our associated Group company Kingshill Management Consultants.

All programmes are customised to client requirements.  They are run "in-house" (not open programmes) and are highly appropriate and cost-effective where clients need a bespoke course incorporating their own issues/materials, and there are at least 6 (optimum 10-12) delegates.

The 20010-11 programme includes (click on title for details):

• Employment Law for Managers Both a reminder and an update for line managers and HR professionals. Emphasis is on applying current and upcoming employment law.
• E&D Inside Out  For HR professionals responsible for Equality and Diversity.
• Introducing Diversity The background and business context.

Please note that this is employment law training, not law lectures!  They are designed for  line managers and HR professionals, focusing on practicalities and commercial opportunities, delivered by trainers who are working day-to-day in this arena (including of course within the employment tribunal system).  Examples and case studies are usually real situations that we have dealt with, not "case law".
