Employee surveys are a major strength of this business.  We also have a 50% stake in the survey company Corporate People Limited (CoPeople) - www.copeople.co.uk.

We have delivered sophisticated surveys to populations ranging from 18000 to <100.  We use both hard copy and internet channels.

Our services include where appropriate focus groups (for both design and feedback), telephone questionnaires and freefone facilities to collect qualitative data, and on-site structured interviews.

Our results are presented in terms of in-depth HR policy issues, actions, and  recommendations, all based on internal benchmarking so that clients can see exactly where - whether location or category of employee - there are positive and negative perceptions.
